SHU Ibiza Beach Club selects quality, local and Spanish National products and ingredients as much as possible. We also aim to be environmentally friendly and have introduced re-cycled, and bio-degradable items to replace plastic. This is a challenge in the restaurant and service industry, however, we are committed to this and see it as an ongoing mission for our business.
